AJSC Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Because skincare products are personal-use items, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

To request a return, email hello@alijamesskincare.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send products back without first receiving return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
