Shipping policy

Orders containing in-stock products are generally processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

The Founding Trio is currently available for presale and will ship when inventory arrives. The complimentary full-size Prélude Nourishing Oil Cleanse included with the presale will ship separately at a later date. Customers will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact hello@alijamesskincare.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to change its destination.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

If your package arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, contact hello@alijamesskincare.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
